How to get a repeat prescription
We have a computerised repeat prescription service. Repeat prescriptions are normally for patients with long-term conditions who receive regular treatment. Your doctor will decide who can have a repeat presecription.

From time to time we will ask you to see your doctor to review your medication. We do this to monitor your illness and medication. You can ask for a repeat prescription by phoning the surgery and leaving a message on the repeat answering machine service or by dropping it into the surgery when the reception is open; or by post (enclosing a SAE).  You can also order via the internet by registering for our SystmOnline or by emailing your request to : LIWCCG.mailbrayfordmedicalpractice@nhs.net  Please give the exact drug names when ordering.

If you are already registered for our online services please click here to enter the online ordering service: https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/Login?Practiceld=C83626
