Complaints Procedure

As a practice we appreciate all forms of feedback, if in the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with the care and treatment that you or someone else is currently receiving and wish to put forward a complaint there are numerous ways in which you can do this:

Complaints Form

We have a complaints form in the reception area in which you can request and fill out which is then passed onto our practice manager to review and solve any issues raised.

If you are unable to attend the practice to receive the form you are able to send any complaints via email, we ask that you put F.A.O. Practice Manager and Complaint either at the start of the email or as the subject.
