NHS 111: If you are experiencing a 'mental health crisis' you can ring 111, select the mental health option and you will be put through to a specially trained member of the mental health team. Available 24/7.

The Lincolnshire Recovery College
Provided by LPFT and is focused upon providing education around mental health. This resource is open to people experiencing a mental health difficulty, carers, friends, family and professionals alike. It is a learning environment facilitated by practitioners and peer support workers with lived experience. Each recovery collage course is approximately 1-2 hours long and requires self-enrolment. This is available through their website or by calling them.

Night Light Cafes
These are safe spaces that offer out-of-hours, non-clinical support to people run by trained volunteers who are available to listen.
